Conor Smith purchased Versatile Roofing & Construction in
May of 2023, bringing with him over a
decade of hands-on experience in Arizona’s roofing industry and a deep appreciation for the Sedona area he now calls home.
From Phoenix to the Red Rocks of Sedona
Before coming to Sedona, Conor spent years in the
Phoenix roofing market, working with several respected roofing companies. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and
excellent communication skills quickly set him apart.
He started as an estimator, building trust with customers through clear explanations and honest pricing. His ability to connect with both homeowners and crews—fluent in
both English and Spanish—helped him grow into
management, where he oversaw teams of estimators, customer service representatives, and roofing crews.
Those experiences gave him a broad understanding of the roofing industry—from the technical details of every roof system to the importance of customer relationships built on trust.

In 2023, when the opportunity arose to purchase
Versatile Roofing & Construction from a former colleague, Conor seized it. His vision was simple: to build a company Sedona homeowners can
